Amazing amount of progress today. Although a cold start the day ended up bright sunny and near 50 degrees. The crew did a huge amount of framing on the third floor. Almost half of the floor joists are in so far. The stair tower was framed up, second landing put in and the first half of the stairs are in. I'd say they could wrap this framing and be ready for third floor decking by end of day tomorrow, weather dependent.
